Course Content:

• Financial Basics: The course will start with basic financial concepts to help children understand the basics such as “What is money?”, “How is money made?”, and “The difference between saving and spending”. Children will learn how to manage their pocket money and why they should save.
• Budgeting and Planning: Students will learn how to make a simple budget and understand the balance between spending and saving. Through interactive activities, children will try to set short-term and long-term goals for themselves and learn how to allocate funds reasonably.
• Basic Concepts of Earning and Investing: The course will guide children to understand different ways of “earning money”, including getting paid through labor, creativity or services. Through simulation games, children will experience how to make money “grow” through investment, so as to have a preliminary understanding of the concept of investment.
• Teamwork and Financial Games: Children will play financial games in group activities to simulate real economic situations. Through games, children will learn how to make financial decisions, cooperate with others, and understand the relationship between risk and return.
