Course Content:

• Basic Principles of Leadership: Students will learn the core principles of leadership, including effective communication, decision-making, team management, and problem-solving skills. The course will use case studies to show how successful leaders use these skills to promote teamwork and achieve corporate goals.
• Corporate Innovation and Management Thinking: Students will learn the concepts and practices of corporate innovation, including innovation management, product development, and market strategy. Through real business cases, students will understand how companies can improve their competitiveness and maintain market leadership through innovation.
• Project Practice Designing an Innovative Business Plan: Students will design an innovative business plan. The project practice session will combine leadership and corporate innovation knowledge and encourage students to apply the skills they have learned to the design of business plans. Students will propose innovative and feasible business plans through brainstorming, market research, and creative presentations. The instructor will provide feedback to students to help them further improve their business plans and enhance their presentation skills
